Cartoon is any object drawing for a specific illustration purposes. Basically, cartoon can be used ironically to give instruction, advice, and moral teaching purposes. Most especially to the people in high authorities. Cartoon drawing could serve as a means of transmission media by drawing attention of the leaders in the high place authorities to the economic warfare/life experiences and present feelings of the people under their leadership.
